GENERAL HUNIQUE DANCE MEMBERS*

*People who have been regularly visiting the Hunique beginner/ Tuesday and/or intermediate/Thursday weekly dance classes since September 2023 are to be considered active members.

Please note

We are primarily addressing adults to participate in the camp. However, we are trying to be as inclusive as possible for the ones with children. Due to limited availability, we cannot guarantee children can participate. Should you have any questions, reach out to our email address (hunique.dance@yahoo.co.uk)

Beddings: Bedding and bed linen are not included in the price and by default won't be provided in the camp. Please bring your own pillow, bedsheet, sleeping bag, and anything else you might need for a good night sleep. Also, don't forget to bring your own towels. If you need bed linen please indicate it in the registration form and note that you will be charged £7 extra for it. Towels won't be provided at all.

What's included in the price?

- 3 nights accommodation in chalets/dorm rooms or a camping site for your own tent*

- 5 dance workshops, 3 folk song lessons, 3 nights of social dancing parties

- Catering: 3 main meals and snacks from Friday dinner to Monday breakfast

- Campfire and good old-school bacon roasting

- Usage of camp facilities like swimming pool, tennis court, courtyard, pathway by the lake

*Please note that the price of the camp remains the same for all regardless of your selection of accommodation, let it be on-site or off-site

REFUND POLICY

Please note that there is NO refund option after you made the payment.

The ticket transferable to other individuals, but you must let us know by e-mail at least 5 days before the start of the camp (before 19th May 2024)

Booking process:

1. Fill out the booking form
2. Check your email inbox for the automated message from google forms with your answers
3. Within a few days we will send you an email about the payment details from our Hunique email address (hunique.dance@yahoo.co.uk) This email will also contain all the details of your booking, answer your questions, bank details, deadlines, etc. * Also check your spam folder.
4. Camp participation fee payment must be completed within 5 days. Please note we can only consider your booking final when we got your payment.
5. Once we received your payment, we will send you a confirmation email about your successful sign-up. Your place in the camp will be secured.
After that, just lean back, listen to some great folk music, and tune up for the camp.
6. Around mid-May, watch out for your mailbox again, we are going to send you a reminder email with the most important logistical information.

* If you have not heard back from us within 7 days after you submitted your booking form, please contact us via hunique.dance@yahoo.co.uk

All bookings and payments have to be made by the very latest 5 days before the start of the Camp, by 19/05/2024. By not making your payment right after your booking, you may risk losing your spot.
